Eureka Equity Partners (“Eureka”) today announced the promotion of Keith Corliss and the addition of Taylor Quinn to the Eureka team.
Keith Corliss was promoted to Associate from Analyst. Keith joined Eureka in 2019 and provides financial modeling and analysis, and due diligence support integral to Eureka’s investing process. Prior to joining Eureka, Keith was an Analyst at Baker Tilly Capital, an investment banking firm providing advisory services to owners and management teams of middle-market businesses. Keith received a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
Taylor Quinn joined Eureka as an Associate and is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, financial analysis and due diligence related to platform investments and add-on acquisitions, as well as supporting Eureka’s deal teams and portfolio company management teams in financing processes. Prior to joining Eureka, Taylor was an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel, where she was a member of the tech-enabled services team. Prior to Stifel, Taylor worked as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Taylor received a BA in Sustainable Development from Columbia University.
